Louise O’Donovan


Having trained in O’Donnell Sweeney (now Eversheds) Louise spent much of her career working for ByrneWallace Solicitors joining the firm’s property department in 2004 as a solicitor and acting as a partner from August 2008 until December 2014. During that time Louise acted for a number of private and corporate clients, banks and NAMA in connection with a variety of commercial property transactions.

Having advised the owners of several multi-let developments Louise has particular expertise in the area of commercial leasing and asset management with clients including the owners of some of Irelands largest schemes of development.

Since late 2014 Louise has worked with a number of firms on a consultancy basis advising primarily on landlord and tenant matters including large due diligence exercises in connection with asset and loan portfolio purchases, asset management issues, landlord and tenant disputes, commercial leasing and commercial property acquisitions and disposals.

Louise has lectured for many years at the Law Society participating in both trainee education and CPD programmes.
